CJNS/RCÉN publishes peer-reviewed articles on all aspects of the culture of the Low Countries and historically connected areas including former colonies. Most articles are between 6,000 – 10,000 words in length, but we accept both longer and shorter submissions as well. Submissions are subjected to an anonymous double-blind peer review.
Further, Proceedings from the annual CAANS conference are published in a separate and internally reviewed Proceedings issue of CJNS/RCÉN.
We publish in English, French and Dutch.
